Hyaluronic acid (SODIUM HYALURONATE) is a substance naturally present in our body, as a fundamental component of connective tissues. At the skin level, its presence guarantees elasticity, softness, luminosity and hydration to the skin of the face and body, and protects it from damage caused by external factors and physical stress. With increasing age, the endogenous production of hyaluronic acid decreases, and this leads to the loss of the ability to retain water, the progressive weakening of the skin and the consequent appearance of blemishes and gradually deeper wrinkles. From a chemical point of view, the reticular structure of hyaluronic acid is such as to make it capable of retaining large quantities of water, up to 1000 times its own weight, and of supplying hydration to the tissues of the human body; it acts as a buffer capable of retaining humidity, allowing the skin to remain more elastic, toned, turgid and therefore younger. It also acts as a barrier against the penetration of viruses and bacteria and helps to soothe irritation and redness. In our formulation, hyaluronic acid with 3 molecular weights is used.
Low molecular weight: reaches the subcutaneous layers, stimulating the production of collagen, the protein responsible for the density and compactness of the tissues. The effect is the filling and smoothing out of wrinkles.
Medium molecular weight: penetrates through the skin and supplies the necessary water to guarantee compactness and firmness to the skin.
High molecular weight: forms an invisible film on the skin surface capable of blocking the evaporation of water and thus counteracting dehydration.

Ceramide (CERAMIDE NP): regenerates damaged skin and promotes hydration by physically rebuilding the lipid barrier.

It contains the unsaponifiable fraction of olive oil (OLEA EUROPAEA OIL UNSAPONIFIABLES), a principle rich in squalene, one of the most valuable substances present in nature, with an exceptional emollient function and great physiological compatibility with the sebum present in the stratum corneum.

Sodium ascorbyl phosphate , stable form of Vitamin C (ascorbate acid). It is present in all layers of the skin. Following exposure to various environmental stressors, including UV light, the concentration of vitamin C in the skin decreases. Topical application of ascorbate increases the antioxidant capacity of the skin, providing photo-protection and preventing inflammation induced by UV radiation.
This active ingredient also plays a key role in regulating collagen production. Vitamin C is also able to inhibit the abnormal accumulation of melanin, responsible for hyperpigmentation, giving new radiance to the skin.

Contains Witch Hazel extract (HAMAMELIS VIRGINIANA EXTRACT) with marked astringent and toning properties.

Rosehip extract (ROSA CANINA FRUIT EXTRACT) rich in pectins, flaconoids and carotenoids is used for its soothing, vasoprotective and tonic properties.
